Our dog has finally got a name!
The first we've chosen was Pixel, because the kennel had to name all puppies of the same litter with a name starting with P and we couldn't find anything better.
After having chosen the official name we agreed we couldn't name him that way, so in these first two weeks he's been with us we tried every name we could imagine: Polpletta (meatball), Platone (Plato), Tigre (Tiger), Ciochi, Poldo...
My brother suggested Randall, but Elisa objected that it sounded like the name of an Ikea bookshelf. I've proposed Portos, but my sister told that Portos is a name that only a gay owner could give to his dog (and i still don't see where the problem lies). My mother said two or three times that she liked Brezel, but her proposal was just ignored.
Tuesday the dog was fighting with a shopping bag and my sister noticed he was playing with a sales check too. On the back side of that check there was the name of the company that makes paper rolls for this checks, and of course the name of that company is Pixel
